The Technical Secretariat shall operate until the completion of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and in any case no later than December 31, 2027, within the Department for Policies in Favor of Persons with Disabilities, reporting directly to the President of the Council of Ministers or to the political Authority delegated in disability matters. The Technical Secretariat is assigned a personnel quota of up to 15 units.
